Mina Foundation and SmartOSC Join Forces to Onboard 1,000 Developers
Mina Foundation has partnered with SmartOSC Corporation to train 1,000 developers on Mina Protocol's zero-knowledge technology. The collaboration will offer o1js training, workshops, and developer grants, aiming to drive adoption of Mina's scalable, privacy-focused blockchain.

Mina Foundation Updates Delegation Program Eligibility for Cycle 16
Starting from Cycle 16, Mina Foundation's Delegation Program will exclude participants from regions affected by international sanctions. This change aligns with international standards and ensures compliance with laws governing KYC processes. While this may impact some contributors, the Foundation is offering advance notice to help affected participants prepare for the upcoming changes. LuminaDEX Begins Audit Process for V1
LuminaDEX has officially started its audit for V1, which is optimized for zero-knowledge (ZK) technology. The DEX distinguishes itself with several key features, including smart contracts hosted directly on-chain, single-transaction actions for swaps and liquidity provision, and multichain compatibility using o1js with Mina Protocol and ZekoLabs.

ZkNoid Launches Second Testnet and zkLottery
ZkNoid has launched its second testnet on Mina Protocol, featuring the first zkLottery. Participants can join by following ZkNoid on Discord and Telegram, creating a Mina wallet, and completing tasks on the zkLottery quest site. A prize pool of 1000 $MINA is up for grabs for those who take part in this zkGaming initiative.

ZkNoid's L1 Lottery Audit Completed with No Significant Vulnerabilities
ZkNoid has successfully completed the audit of their L1 Lottery tool on Mina Protocol, conducted by Extropy. The audit revealed no significant vulnerabilities. The lottery tool allows participants to play and win $MINA by completing various quests and challenges. It is part of ZkNoid’s broader zkGaming initiative, providing an innovative and provably fair lottery system using zero-knowledge proofs on Mina Protocol.

MIP Upgrade: Community feedback is being gathered on proposed improvements to the governance process. You can find the draft proposal and more details on Mina Research.
Mina Ecosystem Funding (MEF): The team is completing a blog post summarizing the MEF trial process, with lessons learned expected to be shared later this month.
Research Blogpost: A new post focusing on governance participation, collective intelligence, and direct decision-making has been published, offering insights into improved governance structures.
Protocol Governance Toolkit (PGT): Tools such as LeaderBot, SurveyBot, and GovBot are being updated with community feedback to enhance functionality. Contributions via Hacktoberfest are also encouraged to support future improvements.
